Ms. Yates
Teacher at Crescent Middle School, loves early years
- 🇦🇺 Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia
- Crescent Middle School
- 1990 to 2024
- English
For 34 years I was the early years teacher at Crescent Middle School. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Yates
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yates: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
