I teach special education at Kilimanjaro Academy in Manchester since 1987. Most days I teach Grade 11, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the robotics club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
More about Ms. Yates
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yates: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
