Ms. Yamashita
20 years teaching biology in Sapporo
- 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
- Stonebridge Middle School
- Since 2011
- English, Japanese
I teach biology and social studies at Stonebridge Middle School, Sapporo. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Yamashita
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yamashita: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
