I teach Spanish at Phoenix Secondary School in Ogbomosho since 1985. Most days I teach first-year students, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yakubu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
