I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Ms. Yıldız: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
