Bahir Dar Girls' School was my second home. I taught drama there from 1998 to 2008, mostly the final-year class.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
