Ms. Wickramasinghe
Social studies and agriculture teacher, Galle
- 🇱🇰 Galle, Southern, Sri Lanka
- Galle Secondary School
- Since 2003
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

You taught me social studies in 2016 at Galle Secondary School. I still remember the end-of-term party.
