Ms. White
Biology and physical education teacher, Durham
- 🇺🇸 Durham, North Carolina, United States
- Hillcrest Grammar School
- Since 1992
- English
For 34 years I have been the biology teacher at Hillcrest Grammar School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. White
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
