Ms. Whitaker
Retired environmental science teacher from Bayview Secondary School
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Bayview Secondary School
- 2002 to 2021
- English, Spanish
Bayview Secondary School was my second home. I taught environmental science there from 2002 to 2021, mostly the youngest children.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Whitaker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Whitaker: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

you taught me environmental science in 2010 at Bayview Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won Truly.
