I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ms. Wekesa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me history in 2025 at Eastgate Secondary School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

I was in your first-year students class in 2017. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Stockholm.
