Ms. Wekesa
Geography and music teacher, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Secondary School
- Since 1999
- English, Swahili
Nairobi Secondary School is my second home. I teach geography there since 1999, mostly mixed-ability classes.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Wekesa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ms. Wekesa: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
