Ms. Wekesa
History teacher at Crown Technical College, Since 1979
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda

For 47 years I have been the history teacher at Crown Technical College. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,460 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Wekesa: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
