Ms. Waweru
Accounting and special education teacher, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Primary School
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I have been the accounting teacher at Nairobi Primary School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Waweru
If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

You taught me accounting in 2008 at Nairobi Primary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I was in your Grade 11 class in 1988. You believed I could do it before I did. Truly.
