English

I teach English literature and French at Andes Technical College, Pittsburgh. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. Over the years I've had 540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm still learning every day.

More about Ms. Walters

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Walters: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
