Ms. Walczak
Teacher at St. Mary's Boys' School, loves Spanish
- 🇵🇱 Gdańsk, Pomerania, Poland
- St. Mary's Boys' School
- 1978 to 2001
- English
I taught Spanish at St. Mary's Boys' School in Gdańsk from 1978 to 2001. Most days I taught first-year students, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Walczak
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Walczak: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me Spanish in 1993 at St. Mary's Boys' School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I'm a police officer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom! Greetings from Jaffna.
