I taught biology and drama at Beacon Middle School, San Diego. I never once raised my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
What gifts mean to Ms. Wade: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
