I teach home economics at Crescent Secondary School in Cape Town since 1979. Most days I teach Grade 4, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Venter: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
