Ms. Vargas
Teacher at Parkside Technical College, loves French
- 🇺🇸 New Orleans, Louisiana, United States
- Parkside Technical College
- Since 1983
- English
For 43 years I have been the French teacher at Parkside Technical College. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Vargas
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Ms. Vargas: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me French in 2007 at Parkside Technical College. I still remember that terrible school play.
