Ms. Vargas
French and social studies teacher, Joliet
- 🇺🇸 Joliet, Illinois, United States
- Joliet Public School
- 1987 to 2002
- English
I taught French and social studies at Joliet Public School, Joliet. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Vargas
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Vargas: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
