Ms. Van Leeuwen
Taught French at Parkside Academy
- 🇳🇱 Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands
- Parkside Academy
- 1982 to 2000
- English, Dutch
For 18 years I was the French teacher at Parkside Academy. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Ms. Van Leeuwen: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
