Ms. Uçar
Teacher at Crescent Secondary School, loves drama
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Crescent Secondary School
- Since 2005
- English, Turkish
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Uçar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Uçar: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
