I taught Spanish and art at Gaziantep Secondary School, Gaziantep. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 1,320 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Türk
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
