Ms. Trabelsi
English literature and French teacher, Cairo
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Girls' School
- Since 1991
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I play music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Trabelsi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Trabelsi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
