Ms. Torres
Art and Spanish teacher, Reading
- 🇺🇸 Reading, Pennsylvania, United States
- Sakura Middle School
- 1989 to 2008
- English
I taught art and Spanish at Sakura Middle School, Reading. My door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Torres
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Torres: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me art in 2015 at Sakura Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Thank you again.
