I teach biology at Kyiv High School in Kyiv since 1997. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Tkachuk
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Tkachuk: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
