Ms. Tesfaye
29 years teaching physical education in Bahir Dar
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Harmony Boys' School
- Since 2003
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Tesfaye
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Tesfaye: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
