Ms. Tawfik
Teacher at Buffalo Middle School, loves special education
- 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
- Buffalo Middle School
- Since 1994
- English, Arabic
For 32 years I have been the special education teacher at Buffalo Middle School. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
