Ms. Tanoto

For 34 years I have been the design and technology teacher at Jakarta Selatan Grammar School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 1,800 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Ms. Tanoto

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

Subjects taught

What gifts mean to Ms. Tanoto: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
