Ms. Taha
Social studies and mathematics teacher, Cairo
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Cairo Middle School
- Since 1992
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've run the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ms. Taha: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me social studies in 1996 at Cairo Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
