Ms. Surya
Teacher at Summit Middle School, loves computer science
- 🇮🇩 Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia
- Summit Middle School
- Since 2006
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Ms. Surya
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Surya: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me computer science in 2012 at Summit Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
