Ms. Sung
English literature and mathematics teacher, Bellevue
- 🇺🇸 Bellevue, Washington, United States
- Bellevue High School
- Since 1996
- English, Korean
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 30 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Sung
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Sung: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
