Ms. Sugawara

Environmental science and history teacher, Sakai

  • 🇯🇵 Sakai, Osaka, Japan
  • Atlas Academy
  • 1995 to 2017
  • Japanese, English
For 22 years I was the environmental science teacher at Atlas Academy. I taught first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Ms. Sugawara: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
