I taught French at Good Shepherd Secondary School in Kathmandu from 1991 to 2002. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Subedi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Subedi: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
