Ms. Steele
French and Spanish teacher, Leicester

- St. Mary's Girls' School
- Since 2003

I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Steele
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me French in 2025 at St. Mary's Girls' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard!
