I teach history at Meadowbank High School in Arusha since 2014. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
