I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ms. Solís

What gifts mean to Ms. Solís: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
