Ms. Smith
Statistics and economics teacher, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Silverlake Academy
- 2012 to 2021
- English
I taught statistics at Silverlake Academy in Los Angeles from 2012 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I ran the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ms. Smith
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
