Ms. Smith
31 years teaching early years in Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Highland Grammar School
- 2006 to 2024
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You taught me early years in 2017 at Highland Grammar School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.

you taught me early years in 2025 at Highland Grammar School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
