I taught music at Jakarta Barat Middle School in Jakarta Barat from 1987 to 2002. Most days I taught Year 7, and I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
