I teach social studies and environmental science at Kadıköy Academy, Kadıköy. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ms. Şimşek
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Şimşek: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me social studies in 2022 at Kadıköy Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
