Ms. Silva
14 years teaching early years in Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Sunrise Middle School
- Since 1988
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
More about Ms. Silva
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Silva: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
