Ms. Shiferaw
Teacher at Addis Ababa Secondary School, loves agriculture

Addis Ababa Secondary School is my second home. I teach agriculture there since 1997, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I've had 1,220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ms. Shiferaw
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Shiferaw: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 2009. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Montego Bay.

you taught me agriculture in 1997 at Addis Ababa Secondary School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
