Ms. Shibata

15 years teaching biology in Sapporo

  • 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
  • Northside Academy
  • Since 2009
  • Japanese, French
For 17 years I have been the biology teacher at Northside Academy. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Ms. Shibata: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
