I taught physics and French at Baobab Girls' School, Osaka. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Ms. Shibata: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
