Ms. Shibata
Teacher at Westbrook High School, loves physical education
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Westbrook High School
- Since 1986
- Japanese
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I answer every email, even at midnight.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Ms. Shibata
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Ms. Shibata: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
