Ms. Shaw
English literature and religious studies teacher, Auckland
- 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
- Brookfield Grammar School
- 1987 to 2025
- English
I taught English literature at Brookfield Grammar School in Auckland from 1987 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice.
I ran the art club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ms. Shaw
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me English literature in 2018 at Brookfield Grammar School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped. Thank you again.
