Ms. Şen
Home economics and accounting teacher, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Harbor Academy
- 2012 to 2024
- English
I taught home economics at Harbor Academy in Istanbul from 2012 to 2024. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Ms. Şen: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
