Ms. Santos

Taught mathematics at Pioneer High School

  • 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
  • Pioneer High School
  • 1984 to 2005
  • Portuguese
I taught mathematics at Pioneer High School in Salvador from 1984 to 2005. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer. I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Ms. Santos

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ms. Santos: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
