Harbor Technical College was my second home. I taught physical education there from 2005 to 2015, mostly first-year students.
Over the years I had 370 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ms. Santiago
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
