Ms. Sampaio

Retired home economics teacher from Duque de Caxias Boys' School

I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I had 970 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Ms. Sampaio: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
